workmanship is outstanding, works great in my single shot 12Ga. - kept the distance at about 15 to 20 cause that's as far as I need - quick turnaround & the price is great. Same with the 12Ga to 20 and 410/45 LC. Five guns in one, not bad.
More accurate than I thought.

I would not hesitate to take a shot at a deer at 40-50 yards.
with this 12 gauge to .44 mag adapter.
Only concern is the primer bulges out a little because the hole
for the firing pin in the 12 gauge is much larger than that of a .44 mag
pistol or file. Because of that I choose to use more mild loads.
I use 240 gr LSWC over 20.0 grains of 2400 powder. That is all I have tried so far. But I think I will stick with that

Pros -

I have several other adapters ex. - 30-06 to .308 .223 to .22LR - for hunting , etc.

this however was bought just for fun.

i have an old single shot that sees little use

thought it would be fun to shoot some .44's through it

they shoot fairly accurate out to about 40 - 50 yards , the bullet tumbles ( no rifling) but close enough for fun

they have virtually NO recoil !

cons -- buy the 'rifled' version if you want to hunt with it . .. . ..
