Returns Policy

You may return new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please include Order Number.

You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of returning your order, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.

Shipping

Free shipping in the USA although we do charge a small flat rate handling fee of $5.99. We ship through USPS.

You will receive an email notifying when your order has shipped as well as a USPS Tracking Number.  Non Pre-ordered items typically ship within 1-2 Business days of your order being placed. Typically all orders over $199.99 are shipped Priority and take 2-3 business days to be delivered once shipped. All orders under $199.99 are shipped First Class and can take 4-7 business days to be delivered once shipped.
