This is my third purchase from Short Lane Arms. I have the 8" 12 to .22 and 12 to 9mm adapters and they are awesome. I just added the 12 to 20 adapter this week and it is just wonderful. The machine work is very nice with no sharp edges. I took it out the second day and got a squirrel with it. I had a 12 in the shotgun and saw the squirrel, I quickly swapped it out for the 12 to 20 adapter with a new shell and tango down. The squirrel was down but with not too much damage. This is perfect for smaller game because the 12 world have shredded the meat but the 20 saved all the meat. Then skin it and stew it with some veggie broth, onions and mushrooms and served over rice. Yum.

I have a break action with a 20" barrel that only weighs 3lbs. Great for the truck or field pack, but... um, very stout to shoot. With this adapter, shooting 20ga shells was ejoyable enough to blow through a case of them. Solid piece of gear that really increases flexability of my 12ga.

The adapter works well for close shots on small game that the 12 ga would tear up.

The ability to shoot different rounds through the same gun is great. Awesome idea and many thanks to Short Lane for providing this valuable and useful tool to all of us. I have 12ga. to 20ga...12ga. to 45/.410...and 12ga. to. 22LR. They all work very well. Happy,Happy,Happy!

This was the first adapter I ever bought. Coming up I owned 20 ga guns and shells. I still own them but now shoot a 12 ga. This simple but well made adapter lets me shoot the 20's in my 12 ga and the pattern is great. Another great product from Short Lane.

Works really well. 20 ga shells get stuck after a bit with carbon buildup but easily removed with included rod or Sharpie marker.

It's a blast to go out to shoot a 12 gauge and also be able to shoot 22lr. A great product.

The product works great with the Mossberg 500. Just have to catch the adapter when you eject it.

worked great in 12g h&r single shot or my mossberg 500.
it didnot work well as far as a grouping with 20g slugs.
