37. Quality and reliability

    I've purchased 18 various barrel adapters for their versatility and overall shooting fun. They make for an interesting conversation piece too. One of my over/under shotguns can now fire 32 different cartridges! And they're surprisingly accurate too.
    
    But the best part is the careful attention to safety and product control. The Short Lane people (I've conversed with them on some "specials" I wanted), will not produce just anything because of their concern for customer safety.
    They have thoroughly researched and tested their products and stand by their reliability. In the area of items of questionable performance (that I requested), they chose simply not to take any risks. Therefore, something you might want may not be available.
    
    In my experience, that commitment to safety says a lot about their integrity. So I feel a little more confident about owning and shooting with their bore adapters now.
    
    I've been in the machine trade since the late 60's, and actually produced a couple of spindle adapters for myself in my own machine shop, so I can also speak for the value of these adapters. Once I discovered Short Lane, I never made another for myself again! If these were made in my company, you'd be paying at least 3 to 4 times more than they charge.
    
    Particularly the 8 inch long ones with rifled barrels. Mirror finish, accurate, reliable. How do you do it for the price?

    Works perfectly. Smooth and easy application without any issues. Highly recommend if your thinking about purchasing these Adapters.

39. 12 gauge to 410/45 L/C

    This is a great adapter. It lets you fire two calibers using one adapter. I got one of these adapters for my 20 gauge also.
